If the service is not for you, a refund can be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Once the account and game access are delivered, please confirm that everything is working on your PS5.
Do not change passwords, email, security settings, or account information.
Swaps depend on game availability and are processed manually by our team.
Payments are accepted through PayPal. Please keep your receipt until your rental is activated.
We will do our best to help with setup, rental access, and any issues during your active rental.
